Governor Rick Scott receives a warm Marion County Delegation Welcome at The Villages, a vibrant part of Marion County's Economic Engine, with his kick off of the Signature Jobs Budget, his Florida economic recovery effort. Promises made, Promises Kept. Marion County Delegation Leaders, Rep. Marlene O'Toole and Senator Alan Hays helped Governor Scott in the Legislature and
again at the Grass Roots level. The Villages is the strongest Marion County Economic engine and the winner of the Marion County ChamberEconomic Action Team Award.
Governor
Rick Scott arrived on the political scene just in time to save Florida's Economic Future. The Villages News and Marion Sun Times both fought for this day. Stumbling along under the weight of DEP programs such as Spring Political Groups and even Community College anti growth programs such
as Heart of Florida, the economic engine was sputtering especially under the
crushing weight of theDCA. The Department of Community
Affairs. Central to the economicstoping effort was the Springs Protection Handbook that was the bible for
anti growth elements in city, state, and county governments. Now, at last Florida will have a chance to recharge its
economic engine and hopefully regain fiscal health.
Governor
Rick Scott, we raise a toast to you and your willingness to keep your promises. The
Environmental success of a healthy economic action teamhelping to move government out of the way is wonderful.
Just a little honesty in addressing governmental anti growth issues will go a long way toward jump starting the economy.
It takes business and a growth of profits to fund a new job. Jobs don't come first then business. Politically
correctness is falling out of favor and all we at Springs Protection . com can say is "its about time". Silver Springs Working Group.com and Rainbow Springs Working Group.com along with Save Silver Springs .com all agree that it is time to promote a healthy economy and an improved quality
of life for all Floridians as step one in creating a healthier environment. From Water Czar Walter Pine to TDC Director Steve Hunter and the entire board of Team Conservation, there is agreement that the Axis of Unemployment is falling under the weight of an under performing Economic Environment in Florida.
Municipal Utilities may be videoed as they discharge
sewer effluent into the Aquifer. ProGuard Video has proposed a state wide video network of Gainesville Utilities dump points into the
Alachua Sink and the Kanapaha Sewer discharge Point.
Ocala Utilities direct discharge drainage pipes to the Aquifer may be videoed. New Solar Powered Video links are being developed.
SB 550 is still effectively killed in the Florida Senate.
It was passed on the last day of session and now held off, however there is still work to be done says Senator Alan
Hays. SB 550 is bad law lobbied by utilities to pick up millions of new customers forced to do business with less effecient
urban sewer facilities.
SB 550 was passed then
held up, and Government owned sewer plants were slated to receive over 90% of the new Trucked Sewer business from homes across
the state of Florida. Senator Evelyn Lynn is spearheading the effort to trash the legislation. Thankfully, the
bill was overturned for the time being and will be brought up during the current legislative session. Septic tanks are now
seen as more efficient than the Public Utilities. Senator Charlie Dean has indicated he is hoping to require funding
before new regulation is sent, unfunded, to the citizens. Properly installed, Septic Systems are considerably more efficient
than a large urban sewer plant. It is about the closeness to the surface soil and biologic agents that transform the nitrogen back into nitrogen atmosphere.
Are government regulations closing in on you? Get involved now, before it is too late. While the politicians
on both sides of the isile talk about spending cuts, we are asking what are you going to cut? If you don't have funds,
shouldn't you be talking about where and how you can borrow some more money? Who are you going to go see to borrow?
Banks don't have the kind of money needed for even a single year of borrowing.
There is no discussion about how to borrow the money. Spending is dependent on first having
the money. Borrowing is a necessary step before spending. Who are the politicians going to borrow from? Is
it the Communist nations? Who much will they lend. What are the terms? When do we have to pay the principal
back? How are we going to pay the interest? The cap to borrowing is not important unless someone will lend us
Trillions.
Interesting!!!!!

Hopefully Pam Bondi reconsiders
her comments that she doesn't care if her program leaders are high profile democrats. Aronberg is anything but qualified
to be hired for the new crisp clean Republican conservative AG Office Candidate that we fought to get elected under the Republican
ticket. Pam, did you exhaust the list of qualified Conservatives? Did you run on the Republican Ticket or Democrat?
Aronberg was running as hard as he could for your job Pam! think about the difference between a liberal and a
conservative. We are just getting started. There must be a lot more to the story but what ever it is call us and
let us help you with your thinking.
Stop adding on new regulation. The voters elected conservative elected officials,
and rejected liberals. The first step by our new AG Pam Bondi was to hire a rejected liberal candidate for the AG. Senator Dave Aronberg lost the election for Attorney General so why are we hiring him as team leader to add on extra unneeded regulation.
There has to be more to the story than we are hearing. The Florida EDC will get to the bottom of this and report
back to Floridians.
An open letter to Senator Fasano on his efforts to expand regulation. We back Governor
Scott on doing away with the data base regulation expansion. We can see millions spent expanding state government if
the pain killer data base goes through.
Dear
Senator Fasano, thanks for all you do. BetterFloridaGov.com is usually in agreement with your analysis, however on this
subject, we must point out that Florida has laws and law enforcement already on the books to solve the abuse of narcotics
and prescription drugs.
Governmental Data Bases are
as Governor Scott and Spreaker Cannon see them, expanding government regulation.
Busting a doctor
who is breaking drug laws is the same as busting any drug dealer. Send in undercover cops, get evidence, and bust them.
We have too many laws on the books already, and that padding of government regulation just serves to make government
bigger but less effective. Stop putting on new layers of law as a solution. New and bigger government is actually
the problem.
It is actually that easy. A new layer of government will only hurt non criminals.
If there is a problem with drug mills bust them. You don't need a data base for that.
Florida is ready to work with Rick Scott as he reforms His Florida and joins with the Florida EDC. Join Jennifer Carroll as she revives Her Florida, working and Pam Bondi as they kick off a new era as members of the Economic Action Team.
Tea Party Candidate Browning asked to run again in 2012 against
24 year incumbent "The Deficit Dude" Cliff Stearns.
Don Browning sees the door now open for real representation for the District 6 citizens of Florida. Possible
additional Candidates on Don's Short list include: Stan McClain, Kurt Kelly, Larry Cretul, Dennis Baxley, Evelio
Silvera, and Chip Morris.
The future is bright.
Nothing against Cliff Stearns but it is time for him to take his Life Time benefits and get out of town. Cliff has been
standing in line, treading water for over 20 years. He collects $1,000 per day for essentially no work for America or
District 6. Cliff's earmarks go through CFCC and where his wife Joan works and mostly end up with hard left liberals
in Alachua. A few dribbles go to Jax, and Ocala. Dr Dassanse and the Heart of Florida connection creating Regional
Political Clout and funded by Cliff Stearns is the conduit. Most of the earmarks and national donations to his political
fund are "bridge payments" that insure election of Cliff Stearns at the expense of the 6th district. This
term will be his last, is heard on the street almost daily.
According to Astro Scientist, the Universe is 10 trillion days old. Yes, 13.7
billion years ago, or 10 trillion days ago, the Universe was born in what is called the Big Bang. You would have to
borrow $2.00 per day, since the beginning of time to build a $10,000,000,000,000 debt that Cliff and his buddies have borrowed
in the last 20 years.
$2.00 per day since the universe began, is borrowed by Congress during The Deficit Dude's 20 years in congress.
News Editor of Better Florida Government is now considering another run for US Congress. Don Browning is asked by the people to run for the US Congress District 6 in Florida. The Tea Party has brought to a head, years of discontent with the 22 year incumbent Cliff Stearns.
Starting with Nancy Pelosi in 1988, Stearns has been standing in line for a generation hoping for an assignment. Seems
to some like a waste of a good seat. Several multi-term incumbents have been sent to the sidelines by a knowledgeable
population all across America.
Don Browning the editor of political news leading Better Florida Government . Com is now a possible candidate in the Republican Primary
Election for Florida District 6 US Congress Seat. Browning will consider another run. Stearns was just passed
over for a chairman leadership role, so he appears to be on his way out of office. For full information go to DonBrowningforCongress.com
Tea Party News, Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Springs Protection Don Casey speaks to the Ocala Tea Party Patriots.
Remembering the Campaign Trail. Don Browning took the big step of breaking a 20 year Dam, by challenging for the
Republican Nomination for US Congress District 6. Self funded, Don spent $45,000 to give the people a voice. 20,000
joined in the effort.
Now the bubble is burst and we will have many candidates to work along side Don to help reform
congress. Many great candidates can now step forward for service without facing the "target on his back" Don
faced. Thank you Tea Party!
Rebuilding trust in Regulating Agencies is critical to saving Florida's Drinking Water Aquifers. Sewage leaks are a problem and sewer effluent is sometimes
intentionally disposed of into rivers, and the Aquifer. Case histories are helpful in understanding that transparency
is important in dealing with protected utilities.
Generating Phosphorus from domestic sewage
may be a new positive on the horizon. Building Bio Fuel Energy facilities is also a technology who's time appears to have come.
We must get FDEP to "Fess up" to the vast amounts of Nitrate and Phosphorus they must discard daily if we
are ever to make headway in our efforts to protect our Aquifers, said Florida's Water Czar Don Browning. Senator Charles Dean is Florida's leading Green Jobs Legislator. Representatives Kurt Kelly, Charles Van Zant, Alan Hays, Ralph Poppell, Senator Dean, Senator Steve Oelrich all are
leading the charge for green jobs. Turning Waste into Assets is visionary thinking. Lt Governor Jeff Kottkamp heads up the Space Florida Board whose job is to bring high tech solutions to Florida. Dr Ken Ford of ihmc will likely be at the lead in finding solutions for Florida's Aquifers. Ihmc recently moved into new facilities in Marion County. Standby for great things to come.
Floridians become aware of a need for equal
enforcement of polluters. Utilities enjoy a special entitlement to take shortcuts. Citizens must pay for utility
mistakes. FDEP is awash in Sewer Effluent. Utilities are allowed to discharge harmful loads of nitrate into waters
feeding springs. Springs are showing signs of sewer effluent discharge. FDEP can't keep under 1.0 nitrates because
Utilities are discharging hundreds of times that amount into springs. Utilities discharge 10 parts per million and higher.
Legislators are upset.
Citizens are held to a proper
standard when it comes to pollution. Normal citizens are prohibited from discharging pollutants, regardless of the size
of water body being polluted. Citizens are arrested, while utilities are encouraged to discharge as beneficial because
the aquifer is so large, the pollutants don't seem to hurt the water body, because of dilution.
Example: A barrel of Septage Sewer waste will bring an arrest of a person(s) dumping into a Florida Spring or Sinkhole.
The standard is different for utilities: Utilities can discharge sewage effluent or any other pollutant if the water body being polluted is large enough to take the discharge. Millions
of gallons are discharged daily under this "interpretive standard".
Federal Authorities are requiring an actual standard to be enacted, much like a speed limit used to control traffic, a standard controlling
the pollutant rather than allowing pollutants if the impacted water body is large enough to dilute the pollutants.
Think of a speeder on the interstate with the regulator in the passenger
seat, "well Fred, do you think this 140 mph is too fast? No traffic around and this corvette will do 180 mph. No,
this doesn't seem to be a problem under these circumstances, I believe we can go faster if we want to and still be safe."
Senators Dean and Oelrich travel to Marion County to see Utility Discharge points draining to the drinking water aquifer.
